Called in a to-go order while driving home from camping. The staff was great and the food was ready quickly. I order Chow Min and Pad Wood Sen; I love how many different vegetables there are in their Thai food, not just noodles and meat!! The ambience seemed fine, but I didn't stay to eat as I needed to get home.
After a long day of shopping, I decided to treat myself to Ta Ra Rin for the first time. They were closing in 30 minutes so I decided to get takeout. From the friendly voice on the other end of the phone to the kind servers that brought my food, my experience here was a 10! Their Pra Ram was so delicious I will drive the hour that it took me to get here again and again. Thanks for being amazing!
Service was excellent! Food was amazing! Portions are huge! The booths are spacious. The vibe was great. I loved the experience here. The prices were reasonable, a meal like this in California would have been double the price! I would come here again if I were to travel there again!!

Old Family City. New Restaurant. Yummy TREATS! SITREP Came into Eugene the night before ahead of a small family reunion the next day in Springfield, OR. We had just checked into our hotel around 7pm and were looking for some food to quickly grab but didn't want to do fast food. After a quick search on Yelp, Ta Ra Rin Thai Cuisine restaurant popped to the top of my search for excellent food stops nearby. THE SETUP I love getting the standards of any cuisine since that is what I will compare the restaurant to with other restaurants in the same category cuisine. For Thai, that boils down to Tom Kha Gai (Spicy Coconut Milk Soup), Drunken Noodles, Crispy Egg Rolls, Fresh Rolls, also probably a Sate Chicken appetizer or any other dish that comes with Peanut Sauce. Ta Ra Rin Thai was firing on all pistons with our selections AND they where extremely reasonably priced for each of the items we got (matching easily many of the deals I can access back here in Sacramento). THE LOWDOWN An excellent Thai stop in the Eugene-Springfield area and I look forward to my next time here.
